CoWac space
The CoWac space is open to companies, creators and students in the art, fashion and design sectors, as well as to associations and entrepreneurs linked to these sectors.
Presentation of the scheme
The CoWac space is located on the ground floor of 30 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine.
The offer includes access to one of the 8 workstations (desk + chair), as well as a set of associated services:
- access to the Internet
- meeting and appointment rooms (by booking a slot via a dedicated digital platform)
- a shared kitchen
- a place to relax
- a secure locker for full-time visitors
The space is accessible (with prior reservation of a slot) from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 7 pm.
Rates
3 formulas are proposed:
- ¼ time (5 days or 10 half-days/month) at €60
- ½ time (10 days or 20 half days/month) at €100
- Full time (unlimited access) at 160€.
The CoWac space is free for students.

Your request must be submitted via this form. To access it, you must use or create your account on the My Paris portal.
The Office team will get back to you to let you know if your application is eligible and if there is any space left. You may be put on a waiting list depending on the occupation of the workstations.
