Call for applications - TALENTS acceleration program

The Talents acceleration program, run by the Fédération Française du Prêt à Porter Féminin with PROMAS List, Promincor - Lingerie Française and the support of DEFI, is recruiting its 9th class.
Program objectives :
- Optimize and accelerate company structuring and strategy.
- Incorporate skilled human resources to help advance priority projects.
- Strengthen the decision-making capacity of business leaders.
- Benefit from a totally personalized and adaptable training program.
For ten months, six companies (five fashion brands and one lingerie brand) will benefit from a structured program combining :
- monitoring by a board of recognized industry professionals.
- monthly 3-hour coaching sessions with two business coaches,
- around 40 hours of customized expertise (collection planning, digital strategy, e-commerce, production, legal, etc.),
- four collective masterclasses.
Six brands will be selected to benefit from this tailor-made support, designed to structure their development and accelerate their growth.
The program is aimed at companies with annual sales of at least €100,000.
An introductory webinar will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025.
