This training course enables artists to take stock of their status as artist-authors and to learn about the social and tax obligations associated with this status.


GOAL
To be able to choose the appropriate status for their artistic project and the options best suited to their activity, then to modify them according to their situation


OBJECTIVES
. To identify the distinction between salaried employment and self-employment;
. Identify the main administrative interlocutors of the status;
. Identify the different activities and remunerations possible with the status of artist-author;
. Know and understand the legal, social and tax framework of the artist-author status;
. Understand the advantages and disadvantages of each tax system;
. Master the fundamentals of tax and social security management for artist-authors.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPED
. Master the basic vocabulary governing the administrative status of the artist-author;
. Manage administration by identifying available resources and organizations;
. Apply the fundamentals of tax and social security management to the activities of artist-authors.
