Fashion and disability: two words that don't go together in the minds of our contemporary societies! French designer Chris Ambraisse Boston aims to reconcile these two terms in ready-to-wear collections signed A&K CLASSICS®. They are made up of transformable clothes, both original and practical, which can be adapted to both disabled and able-bodied people (men and women). The innovation of these garments lies in the presence of practical elements (zips, velcro, magnets) and non-functional openings placed in strategic places, all made with carefully chosen materials. The A&K CLASSICS® collections are playful, modern, functional and high quality, and are suitable for everyone's daily life. The brand works with a number of social economy structures, notably Femmes A.C.T.I.V.E.S (Association pour la Création, le Travail, L'Initiative, la Valorisation des Echanges et des Savoir-faire) (Saint-Denis), the company LCI €˜Les Contrôles Internationaux Textiles' (Roanne), and its official partner L'association MODE&HANDICAP...c'EST POSSIBLE! with whom it has received 14 awards together
