Since her studies at ENSCI-Les Ateliers, Astrid Hauton has been passionate about manual and industrial know-how and processes. Between 2011 and 2014, she moved to Vietnam and collaborated with local companies to develop contemporary craft products. She then gathered a team of designers and directed Futur Living Studio, a temporary design studio based in Hanoi and Phnom Penh. Back in Paris, Astrid accompanies projects within the Ateliers Leroy Merlin, a collaborative design and manufacturing space. The objects she designs explore with finesse the new convergences between craft and industry.
