A graduate of the Duperré School of Applied Arts, Judith Bourdin has worked as an embroidery designer for Haute Couture and luxury ready-to-wear. Winner of the "fashion" residence grant from the French Institute, she created her first collection of fashion accessories in spring 2011: stoles, scarves, braces and jewellery.
Attached to the notion of know-how, Judith develops for denovembre high quality accessories with delicate finishes. From the association of an object and a colour, a material and a word, a fragment and a gesture, a story is born. Judith collects and hunts: images, threads, typography, old textiles, materials, fragments and heterogeneous objects populate her studio and inspire her collections.
