Studio poirier bailay

Trained at École Boulle and ENSCI-Les Ateliers, textile designer Pauline Bailay and product designer Hugo Poirier founded Studio poirier bailay in 2018, where they develop objects and furniture.

Playing with the blurred boundary between art and design, the duo explores the decorative and sculptural dimension of objects, asserting a colorful, joyful and festive universe.

They work with French craftsmen and companies and, by favoring small production runs or one-off pieces, are keen to enhance the value of the materials and know-how that shape their objects.
