Studiofoam

Caroline Venet founded Studiofoam in 2018, a design studio she conceives as a laboratory. The designer cultivates a plastic approach to materials, through sustainable design projects, often reusing and collaborating with artisans.
Each creation challenges the potential of materials, in an experimental approach where the relationship with the skin is omnipresent. Focusing on textures and soft shapes that encourage touch, her work aims to bring us closer to the bodies and surfaces that surround us.
Since 2020, Caroline has been developing research into the reuse of leather scraps for object, furniture and space design.
