Call for applications (CFA) - Third place: Le Colisée, Saint-Ouen
The project Colisée, led by pali pali, is opening its doors in Saint-Ouen to welcome innovative and sustainable initiatives. This third place, covering more than 10,000 m², aims to meet the growing need for social connection, skill sharing, and the development of community projects.
A project focused on impact and solidarity
The Colisée is structured around the values of solidarity and social impact. It is primarily aimed at cultural and social and solidarity economy (SSE) organizations. The goal is to offer a dynamic ecosystem where cultural, social, and artistic activities come together for the benefit of the local population.
Features and accessibility
Located at 14 Rue Fructidor in Saint-Ouen, the building enjoys a strategic location with excellent public transport links, facilitating travel to Paris and the inner suburbs.
The general condition of the infrastructure allows for rapid installation by project developers. The occupancy period is scheduled from February 1, 2026, to June 2028.
Reception arrangements
Workspaces ranging from 10 m² to over 60 m² are available to entrepreneurs, freelancers, and artists. Financial conditions are designed to promote accessibility in the Paris region:
- Price: €16/m²/month excluding tax (i.e., a fee of €190/m²/year excluding tax).
- Target audience: Stakeholders in the cultural, social, and artistic sectors.
