CAP 18, a new Parisian site dedicated to productive activities, offers start-ups, very small businesses and industrial SMEs fully-equipped spaces to set up in the heart of the capital.
Imbrik and Plateau Urbain are offering new workshops and business lots in CAP 18, Paris' last major business park in the 18th arrondissement.
Just 5 minutes from the Rosa Parks RER E station, 10 minutes from the Marx Dormoy and Crimée metros, and directly connected to the Paris ring road and the A1 and A86 motorways, the site offers a strategic location that facilitates exchanges with customers, suppliers and partners. Today, CAP 18 is the largest production zone in inner Paris, hosting a wide range of expertise, from industrial start-ups to social economy structures, from crafts to textiles, from breweries to carpentry.
The new spaces available include :
- large workshops from 93 to 1,500 m²,
- ground-floor or upper-floor premises served by freight elevators,
- mini-workshops and craft coworking spaces from 7 to 95 m².
