The CMA IDF – Paris currently hastwo workshops available for rentat its Hôtel Artisanal, located in theMétropole 19business complex (134–140 Rue d’Aubervilliers, Paris 19th arrondissement).
These spaces, located in a "business incubator" zone, are specifically reserved foryoung craft businessesin the production and manufacturing sector.
Eligibility criteria:
- Start-up companies.
- Companies that have been registered for less than 3 years.
The term of the appointment will be two years, renewable once for one year.
- Workshop No. 18has a floor area of37.66 m²; the monthly rent, including utilities and excluding VAT, is€567.62.
- Workshop No. 20 hasa floor area of30.53 square meters; themonthly rent, including utilities and excluding VAT, is€460.15.
