Resident profile - Lucas Bauer
Lucas Bauer, a resident of Les Ateliers de Paris, designs organic, poetic jewelry that transcends time. His timeless creations intertwine with the body, offering the unique sensation of a second skin.

Originally from Marseille, Lucas Bauer grew up in contact with Mediterranean nature and the city's urban landscapes, which nurtured his imagination from an early age. After studying fashion design at the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne (now the IFM), in 2013 he joined Louis Vuitton, in the women's ready-to-wear studio. For eight and a half years, he designed fashion jewelry for runway shows and commercial collections. This veritable creative laboratory enabled him to collaborate with renowned craftsmen across France and Europe, and hone his understanding of the demands of luxury and excellence.

In 2022, he decided to reinvent himself and put his vision at the service of his creations, with a clear determination: to move from fashion jewelry to precious jewelry. He founded his eponymous jewelry house. Inspired by the origins of living beings and the ties that bind them together, he imagines organic ornaments in silver, vermeil and 18-carat gold. Made in France from recycled precious metals, his poetic, timeless pieces intertwine with the body like a second skin.
