SKILLS TRANSMISSION AWARD: Class of 2026

The Savoir-faire en transmission Awards are a City of Paris integration program that enables young adults and adults undergoing retraining to perfect their skills by completing a one-year full-time internship in a craftsman's workshop. These awards offer winners the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience by learning the skills of the host company, perfecting specific skills, acquiring new skills, and observing the day-to-day running of a business.
Winners receive a €12,000 grant during their internship year. This program, recommended by 100% of beneficiaries and host companies, is particularly effective, with a professional integration rate of 90% each year.
On February 20, a special meeting brought together the new winners and their host companies. This moment of sharing officially marked the launch of this year's collaboration, with most internships having begun in January 2026. It was an opportunity to celebrate the direct transmission of skills and a shared passion for craftsmanship excellence.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to the program's sponsors for their vital commitment to passing on knowledge: the Michelle and Antoine Riboud Foundation, the Rémy Cointreau Foundation, 19M, the Alliance for European Flax and Hemp, the Signature Foundation, the Colbert Committee, and the Hôtels d'Amboise.
