Takumi know-how - 2019/2021

"Savoir-faire des Takumi" is a support programme that aims to bring together Parisian and Kyoto-Kyoto professionals who have mastered a particular skill, in a process of technical and cultural discovery.

This programme, supported by the cities of Kyoto and Paris, has already enabled some forty professionals in the art trades to experience a time of meeting and exchange.

The collaborative works created in this programme travel from Paris to Kyoto and Tokyo. Exhibitions are not the final objective of this programme, but a springboard for new joint initiatives.
