Do you need to better manage your business? Are you looking for financing or investment, or would you like to apply for premises or a workshop?
This workshop will provide you with the methodology and tools to build your business plan. It will enable you to ask yourself the right questions about the feasibility of your development project, to make your business plan your own and to be able to defend it in front of your contacts (landlord, banker, etc.).
Target audience : only companies that have already begun their development.
Contents:
General presentation of the business plan :
- Fundamental issues addressed by the business plan.
- What makes up a business plan: list and definitions of the various information items
- Financial information in the business plan: Drawing up a forecast (projected income statement over 3 years, monthly cash flow plan over 2 years, working capital requirements, financing plan).
Practical part:
Construction of the business plan: you will work on the tools provided (Word and Excel) and on your own figures.
- Business plan (if required)
- Drawing up an initial financing plan to define the amount of the items to be financed.
- Drawing up a cash flow forecast including VAT - Drawing up an income statement excluding VAT and calculating break-even point.
- Drawing up the final 3-year financing plan
A computer with Excel must be available for training.
