Grégory Lacoua and Jean-Sébastien Lagrange met during their training at the Ecole Boulle, before both graduating from the ENSCI - Les Ateliers.
Marked by a common desire to carry out projects from a research perspective, questioning uses and materials, they formalised their association in 2009 by creating the John Doe studio to carry out industrial design and scenography projects.
Working on the scale of the object, the space but also the fiction, they have collaborated with various clients such as Ligne Roset, the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications, the Ministry of Culture or the Congregation of the Religious of the Assumption.
Attentive to the scale and fields of intervention in which they place their projects, they seek above all to provide fair and economical responses by questioning production tools and uses.
