Making matter confess all that it has to tell us sounds like a refrain for Marie Berthouloux. Through her research into eclectic and contrasting materials, Marie makes cannetille, silk threads or plastic strips move on their surface. Sometimes flat, sometimes in volume, the embroidery is thought as an ornamental and protean motif. Following a BTS in fashion design and a DMA in textiles, specialising in gold embroidery, Marie Berthouloux offers customised services in the fields of fashion, interior design and art.
