Call for Applications: TALENTS 10 - Fashion Brand Accelerator
Applications are open until May 18, 2026.
The Federation of Women's Ready-to-Wear and PROMAS List, supported by UFIMH and funded by DEFI Mode, are accepting applications for the 10th cohort of the Talents program from April 21 to May 18, 2026.
Talents is a 10-month acceleration program that supports five high-potential fashion brands. It is based on:
- 3-hour monthly coaching sessions with two business coaches availablethroughout the program
- approximately 40 hours of coaching with expertswho assist brands with specific challenges (collection planning, e-commerce, wholesale, brand platforms, etc.)
- 4 group masterclasses
- apanelof industry leaders who monitor the brands at key milestones throughout the program
- apromotion of fashion brands and an alumni networkto expand its ecosystem and foster greater interaction.
The program aims to:
- Optimize and streamline your company’s organizational structure and business strategy
- Recruit qualified personnel to advance projects deemed a priority
- Strengthen your decision-making skills and leadership presence
- Enjoy a fully personalized and flexible program
Applications are open to brands that meet the following criteria:
- Be a creative French ready-to-wear brand (women's, men's, unisex, or children's) with strong growth potential
- Have a minimum annual revenue of €100,000
- Be up to date on DEFI contributions
The program is funded by DEFI Mode. A nominal contribution is requested based on the brand’s revenue:
- Less than €500,000 in revenue – €1,500 (including tax)
- From €500,000 to €1.5 million in revenue – €2,100 (including tax)
- over €1.5 million in revenue – €3,000 (including tax)
