Call for Expressions of Interest (CEI) to join 32B
Applications are open until May 11, 2026.
In 2025, the Department of Seine-Saint-Denis acquired an exceptional site of nearly 5 hectares, including 10,000 square meters of floor space, located in Bondy, with the aim of creating a hub for social and environmental innovation.
The goal is to create a useful, vibrant, and open space where production, creativity, training, media, and community come together, and to foster collaboration among businesses, organizations, residents, departmental agencies, and social and solidarity economy organizations.

AVAILABLE SPACES
The site offers:
- Workshops, a restaurant, offices, and warehouses
- 3 floors, each approximately 750 square meters
- 3 floors, each approximately 900 square meters
- 7 detached homes ranging from 55 to 275 square meters
- A residential complex located in the heart of a 5-hectare landscaped park
FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION:
€140/sq. m/year (including tax), or €11.66/sq. m/year, with a reserve for maintenance costs of approximately €50/sq. m/year.
The fees do not include water usage or electricity for the unit.
