This young prize, launched in 2023, highlights the social and civic role of Parisian employers. It is based on 3 criteria:
- Inclusive and innovative recruiter
- Caring employer
- Local actor
This call for entries aims to reward and recognize initiatives in favor of a more responsible economy, whatever the size, structure or sector of activity of the employers. This year, it is sponsored by designer and social entrepreneur Mossi Traoré.
