Exhibition from January 23 to February 4, 2025, from 10am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and from 2pm to 7pm on Saturday.

Since 2021, the Edo Tokyo Kirari program has brought together French designers and Japanese manufacturers to reinterpret traditional Japanese know-how. This retrospective exhibition unveils the flagship pieces resulting from this unique collaboration between the city of Tokyo and the city of Paris.

Designed by studio Monsieur, this exhibition highlights the evolution of this program, presenting the creations of 15 designers, with a focus on the 2024 edition.
Each year, three Parisian designers are selected to collaborate with six Japanese manufacturers, creating bridges between tradition and innovation.

Deeply rooted in Japan's cultural and historical heritage, Tokyo's crafts (glassmaking, dyeing, textiles, wood) work with designers from the Bureau du Design, de la Mode et des Métiers d'art network to create new shapes and types of objects.
This close collaboration enables Japanese companies to innovate by mobilizing their know-how in new ways, to create objects or textile creations that appeal to the international market.
