Germain Bourré created his studio in 2005 and cultivates a multidisciplinary design that questions our relationship with life and its cycles through the use of plants and food. The issues of additional production intrinsically linked to design, the proper use of matter, the fulfilment of each person in transforming or living it, are notions that lead him to propose sensitive and measured solutions to the imminent imperatives of paradigm change.

He founded Germ-Studio in 2016 to provide more global and tailor-made support to farmers, industrialists, chefs or large houses by using words and drawings on the scale of food as well as architecture.
