Objectives
Help each manager develop their own ability to effectively manage their entire business
– Gain an overview of all activities under the manager's responsibility
– Develop a structured personal organization system.
– Learn how to integrate time management tools.
– Know how to manage priorities.
– Optimize your organization to reduce your workload.
Organization of the training
– An initial individual interview (duration: between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes) that allows trainees to express their difficulties with the topic in question. The aim is to better tailor the training to their needs.
– 2 days of training: Group discussions in the morning to talk about the challenges you've faced. Individual workshops in the afternoon for personalized support.
– A second individual interview (duration: between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes) takes place two to three weeks after the last group training session. This interview allows us to support each trainee in applying the skills acquired during the training.

Entrepreneurs who have already developed their business and are facing organizational and time management challenges.
