Lily Alcaraz and Léa Berlier

Graduates of the Duperré school and then of the ENSCI Design Textile, Lily Alcaraz and Léa Berlier have combined their two universes in a common and evolving writing.
In 2009, they created their textile design office and weaving workshop where they combine know-how and experimentation. They imagine sensitive surfaces marked by lightness and delicacy. Through textures and patterns, they explore the passages between white and colour, smoothness and relief, opacity and transparency. Thanks to their mastery of craft and industrial techniques, they have set up collaborations with professionals in the home and fashion industry. At the same time, they are developing the Perlingot line of textile jewellery. They are winners of the Concours Jeunes Créateurs d'Atelier d'Art de France and the Arte-Ville de Paris prize in 2010.
