Les petits pots d'Alice - inclusive workshop/tea room

Les petits pots d'Alice was founded by François Lapeyre. Before he started making jellies, François worked mainly in IT for cultural establishments. He stopped working in 2018 to devote himself to his disabled daughter Alice. The young woman's father set himself the goal of creating a structure to enable her to work in an ordinary environment, taking into account her fatigability. The result was the creation of this professional childcare facility, in conjunction with Alice's mother Sylvie.
"With my wife, we created "Les petits pots d'Alice", an association that takes in people with cognitive and mental disabilities to open doors to the world of work. François Lapeyre

Since opening in 2021, Les petits pots d'Alice has welcomed 12 disabled workers from 3 ESATs, offering 3 types of activity. Making tea jellies on our premises in the Marais, running an inclusive tearoom and finally offering an exhibition space for artists with disabilities.

It was in 2000 that the family discovered tea jellies.
Les Ateliers d'Alice offer jellies made from teas carefully selected from various tea houses. This meticulous selection guarantees rich, fragrant flavors. Jellies are made only with infused tea, sugar and fruit pectin.
"Several times a year, we create tea jellies from tea blends that allow us to have tea jellies with a unique fragrance."

Les petits pots d'Alice has been labeled since late 2018, when they received the Coup de cœur des Parisiens award.
"The whole team is very proud to have a product awarded the label every year, which we promote in our store and to our friends and family. The ultimate collective dream would be to be recognized with an award that would help us develop even further."
