In the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of a historic 18th-century building, ceramist Jérémy Miklitarian has set up his studio. This intimate setting reflects his creative universe, where ceramics converse with contemporary design.
From an early age, Jérémy has cultivated a passion for ceramics, a discipline he has enriched over the years by exploring a variety of techniques and materials. In his studio, he works with earthenware from Normandy, using the ancestral technique of mixed earthenware. He draws his inspiration from Apt earthenware to create contemporary pieces with unique motifs.

Modeling, a technique he favors over the wheel, is at the heart of his creative process. This method offers him a unique freedom of expression, which he uses to shape objects that are both functional and decorative. His signature creations include colorful masks, modeled and reworked by hand. These pieces become singular works, oscillating between art and craft.
The workshop, with its own kiln, is much more than just a production area. It's a place where creations come to life, but also a place where people meet and exchange ideas. Jérémy is also keen to create collaborations, notably with Jura craftsmen, with whom he designs eyewear collections that echo his ceramic creations.

Keen to offer creations that resonate with his customers' surroundings, Jérémy imagines bespoke pieces. "You always have to go out and meet people, not limit yourself to your own space. It's by going out that ideas, collaborations and opportunities are born", he confides.
This spirit of openness and attention to detail is evident in every one of his works. Sober and uncluttered, they reflect a contemporary vision of craftsmanship, where the raw material is sublimated by simple lines and authentic textures.
Through his work, Jérémy Miklitarian redefines the craft of ceramics, blending tradition and modernity to create pieces that are both unique and accessible.
